Introduction

Thanks for choosing TikMusic (“TikMusic,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to TikMusic.

Description of the TikMusic service

The Service is a music player that gives you access to YouTube music videos (« YouTube content») and Spotify’s album art («Spotify content»). The Service is provided solely for your own non-commercial use. The Service is free to download, only some features are to be paid for.

The Service is a third-party software compliant with the YouTube’s Terms of Service.

And comply with all Spotify rules and policies:

• Terms and Conditions of Use;
• Privacy Policy;
• Branding Guidelines;

In order to use the Service, you must receive data connectivity services from your service provider. The cost of the data connectivity service may vary among service providers. It is your responsibility to review such costs and to determine whether you wish to bear such costs or not. In particular, you further acknowledge that the cost of such data connectivity service may rise significantly when roaming internationally. Therefore, you are advised to consider the cost of using the Service, depending on your location at any particular time.

IMPORTANT:

• When the User’s terminal is not connected to a Wifi network but to a mobile broadband internet access and data credit provided by its operator, the User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Services is charged as credit data or invoiced in addition where they are considered to be out of plan.
• Payment of potential and/or additional third party costs, and in particular of roaming charges, in the event of use of the Services outside the country where the User is established, invoiced by the User’s network operator are payable in full by the User. The payment of third party costs is the sole responsibility of the User.

Intellectual property

The brands of the Company and its partners, and logos appearing on the website and / or Software are registered brands. Total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos without the consent of the Company or its partners is prohibited.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE COVERED SERVICE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD ANY COVERED SERVICE PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY RESPECT, YOU (NOT THE INITIAL DEVELOPER OR ANY OTHER CONTRIBUTOR) ASSUME THE COST OF ANY NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
